Taste Just Like Taco Salad (No Meat)
This makes a lot. great for parties or pitch ins
If making for home, use less of each veggie and a smaller can of beans of course less chips and dressing :)

1 16 oz kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 head iceberg lettuce rinsed, torn and patted dry
3 cups romaine lettuce rinsed, torn and patted dry
2 large tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup carrot peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 red bell pepper chopped
1/2 head cauliflower chopped florets
1/2 head red cabbage chopped
8-10 green onion chopped
1 16 oz bag baked Doritos crushed
1 12 oz fat free Catalina Dressing
Add all ingredients except Doritos and Dressing and mix well, add the last two ingredients right before serving
and stir
