Easy Light Sauce for Orange Chicken


1 pound sliced  mushrooms
2 cups diced onions
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups light orange juice
1/2 cup dry white wine

Heat oil in the skillet, saute mushrooms and onions over medium heat until tender, add remaining ingredients and simmer 5 minutes

Serve over grilled or baked chicken and steamed brown rice
