Light Creamy Chicken and Noodles

Light Creamy Chicken and Noodles

1 can cream of mushroom healthy request (can substitute cream of chicken)
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp dry mustard
pepper to taste
3 cooked chicken breast chopped
2 cups cooked whole wheat wide noodles
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup crushed reduced fat Ritz crackers

In a sprayed casserole dish add noodles and chicken, add remaining ingredients except Ritz, and stir well

Bake at 400 for 25 minutes, add crushed crackers and bake 5 minutes more
