- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half lengthwise
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Spicy Mustard
- 1 small can Albacore Tune drained well and flaked
- 2 scallion, thinly sliced
- pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture and place on a platter. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve
