Slow Cooker Light Bacon Ranch Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
5 pieces Turkey Bacon reduced sodium cooked crisp and crumbled
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup, Healthy Request
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Whole Wheat egg noodles (Whole Wheat Wide Noodles)
Directions:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed

1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup, Healthy Request
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Whole Wheat egg noodles (Whole Wheat Wide Noodles)
Directions:
- Place thawed chicken breast in a slow cooker (if it is frozen, it will create too much liquid as it cooks)
- Combine bacon, garlic, ranch dressing mix, soup, and Greek Yogurt; mix well.
- Pour over chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high 3-4 hours.
- Cook Noodles according to package directions and drain
- Take chicken out of the crock pot and cut in half, shred or chop
- Put chicken back into the crock pot, stir, and cook longer if the chicken is not fully cooked
- When the chicken in fully cooked add noodles and stir
