Slow Cooker Light Bacon Ranch Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts thawed
5 pieces Turkey Bacon reduced sodium cooked crisp and crumbled
1 tsp minced garlic
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup, Healthy Request
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Whole Wheat egg noodles (Whole Wheat Wide Noodles)

  1. Place thawed chicken breast in a slow cooker (if it is frozen, it will create too much liquid as it cooks)
  2. Combine bacon, garlic, ranch dressing mix, soup, and Greek Yogurt; mix well.
  3. Pour over chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cook on high 3-4 hours.
  5. Cook Noodles according to package directions and drain
  6. Take chicken out of the crock pot and cut in half, shred or chop
  7. Put chicken back into the crock pot, stir, and cook longer if the chicken is not fully cooked
  8. When the chicken in fully cooked add noodles and stir
