Boneless Chicken Wings

Boneless Chicken Wings

5 chicken breasts (thawed to reduce liquid that is created from frozen chicken)
1 package of ranch mix
1 bottle of wing sauce
1 cup chopped celery

Spray a crock pot with cooking spray, add chicken, then ranch, sauce and chopped celery

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 5-6 hours, cut breast in half after about 2 hours

Serve over brown rice or shred and serve on a whole wheat bun
