Meatless Spaghetti with a Light Sauce

Meatless Spaghetti with a Light Sauce

1 small box of whole wheat spaghetti
1 1/2 tsp (s) extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain

Place spaghetti in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, toss well to coat

Optional-  top with Parmesan cheese
Optional - add a cup of frozen spinach to the boiling water about 3 minutes before the spaghetti is fully cooked
