Do you know or can you post how many calories a serving is?
ReplyDeleteI do not count calories, but I realize for many diets or lifestyles this is important like Weight Watchers. If you want it for this particular recipe, I can add it up and post by the end of the weekend. Going forward as I prepare these and have the ingredients out, I will calculate and post to each recipe.
ReplyDeleteIf you stuck to a true serving based on serving size on each ingredient it would be 465 calories. The whole wheat pasta is 210 of these calories, so the pasta makes up most of the calories. The cream soups have about 70 calories per half cup, but both of them together is 5 servings, which is approximately the amount of servings in this recipe, so I counted 70, you would not use an entire cup ( both soups together) So very low in calories per serving.
