Crunchy Romaine Toss

Crunchy Romaine Toss

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 package Ramen noodles uncooked and broken
1 bunch broccoli coarsely chopped
1 head Romaine lettuce chopped, or 1 bag all Romaine lettuce
4 green onions chopped

Brown walnuts and Ramen noodles @ 325, watch closely as they will burn fast, let the noodles and nuts cool, toss all ingredients together


1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
pepper to taste
1/2 cup splenda
1 1/2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over salad, toss well
