Roasted Red-Pepper Sauce

Roasted Red-Pepper Sauce:
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 jar rinsed and drained roasted red peppers (about 12 ounces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 chopped onion
Combine all in a food processor or blender

Serve over turkey burgers, grilled, blackened or baked fish, chicken, potatoes, steamed veggies, salmon patties, tuna patties, etc.
