Edamame, Craisin Chopped Salad

Chopped Romaine
Shredded Carrots
2 Stalks Celery Diced
3 Green Onions Diced
2 Hard Boiled Eggs Chopped
Tomato Basil or Sundried Tomato Feta Cheese
Reduced Fat Ranch or Dressing of Choice

Reduced Sugar Craisins (Ocean Spray Brand Reduced Sugar has1/2 the sugar and more then double the fiber)
Dry Roasted Edamame

Layer in order of indgredients
