Watermelon, Honeydew, Cantaloupe Protein Smoothie
1 cup of each melon diced
1 cup skim milk, almond milk or soy milk
1 container peach, strawberry or vanilla light yogurt or 1 individual container
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 banana
Optional- 1 cup frozen strawberries
