Tuna Salad (low fat, high protein, lots of veggies)

1-2 large cans Albacore Tuna drained
1/2 - 1 15-17 oz plain Greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp spicy mustard
2-3 celery stalks finely chopped
2-3 green onions finely chopped
2-3 sweet baby dill pickles finely chopped
Optional - 1/2 - 1 green bell pepper finely chopped
Optional- 6-8 cherry tomatoes chopped
Optional - 1/2 cucumber peeled and finely chopped

Mix all together, yummmm

Serve on a whole wheat wrap, crackers, whole wheat bread or on salad greens

  2. Ah you are so sweet. The last couple of days, I have been off the wagon and eating crap, gotta kick it back into gear and get my butt in the kitchen instead of out to eat :) Comments like this make be realize, I have to walk the talk when I get in a rut. Thanks for kicking me in the butt.
