- 8 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup pureed pumpkin (canned is fine)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar
- 1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and beat until smooth. If you do not wish to make 8 oz, just use half of each ingredient.
